Job summary

Nutrabolt, a leading wellness company in Austin, seeks a Demand Planner to own forecast modeling for customers and products, and to lead monthly consensus reviews. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and finance to drive accurate forecasts and supply alignment.

Qualifications

• Develop monthly demand forecasts across multiple levels of aggregation.
• Lead monthly demand consensus meetings and communicate forecast changes.
• Interact with sales, marketing, and finance to understand demand drivers.
• Maintain and use demand planning software as the forecasting tool.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 12-month forecasts and communicate risks/opportunities.
• Coordinate with supply planning to align action plans.
• Present monthly S&OP readouts to leadership.
• Ensure forecast accuracy with WAPE < 35% and bias within +/-10%.
