Job summary

Nutrabolt is seeking an Associate Supply Planner in Austin to support day-to-day supply operations, including production and inventory planning, order management, and on-time delivery. You will help maintain fill rate and keep gross inventory levels in check.

The role is an early-career, highly visible position requiring collaboration with purchasing, sourcing, and commercial teams to optimize inventory, launches, and end-of-life decisions.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• APICS or Six Sigma certification is preferred, not required.
• 1–3 years of related professional experience in supply chain in a global company.
• Min 1–3 years’ experience in supply planning, demand planning, or similar position.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop supply plans at multiple aggregation levels to align demand and supply.
• Review inventory profiles and recommend purchase orders to manage inventory at DCs.
• Maintain MRP planning parameters to optimize inventory turns while balancing cost, service, and delivery.
• Collaborate with purchasing to review vendor allocations and adjust as needed.
• Identify gaps and develop contingency plans to improve service and mitigate risks.
• Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to manage launches, rollouts, shortages, surpluses, and end-of-life disposition.
• Communicate inventory levels and KPIs to raise awareness of issues and drive performance.
• Assist with monthly S&OP process with vendors and 3PL partners with reporting and KPI commentary.
• Initiate transfer orders to balance the network and mitigate risk.
• Pursue process improvements to achieve high performance.
