Job summary

Bacardi Martini Production is seeking a skilled Demand Planning professional in Miami to lead the demand planning process for assigned brands. You will drive monthly consensus through S&OP, develop volume and revenue projections, and collaborate with commercial teams to align on market intelligence.

You will maintain forecast accuracy, analyze drivers, and share insights with stakeholders to steer allocations and actions across functions.

Qualifications

3–5 years forecasting/demand planning in Food & Consumer Packaged Goods.
Experience with S&OP processes and consensus building.
Ability to communicate with global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Manage demand planning for assigned brands and prioritize markets for the supply plan.
Develop demand plans and drive monthly consensus through S&OP for volume/revenue projections.
Create and propose product allocations for brands when needed.
Collect past and future demand drivers and assess their impact.
Collaborate with commercial teams for market intelligence on demand events.
Inform customer service and analysis teams to assess short-term demand trends.
Identify risks/opportunities from demand uncertainties and propose responses with Marketing/Commercial.
Maintain and review statistical forecast data for assigned brands.
Analyze forecast performance and root causes of variations to improve forecasting methods.
Publish a monthly dashboard on sell-in and sell-out performance for the brands.
