Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead S&OP forecasting and collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to drive accurate demand plans in Milwaukee, WI. The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, KPI analysis, and cross-functional partnership.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years’ forecasting or supply planning experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and SAP. This hybrid role requires onsite work several days per week.

Qualifications

2-4 years of forecasting or supply planning experience preferred in food/beverage/CPG.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent.
Experience with Power BI, Excel, and SAP software solutions; data retrieval and analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly S&OP demand meetings with sales and supply chain teams.
Gather updates from sales, category management, and marketing to adjust forecasts.
Communicate demand changes to cross-functional partners with data-driven methods.
Analyze forecast accuracy KPIs and implement improvements.
Ensure detailed accuracy of sales forecast at product/location level.
Model future demand from historical sales trends and new items.
Monitor new/discontinued item forecasts and refine forecasts.
Maintain sales history and customer master data.
Incorporate customer events, launches, promotions into forecasts.
Own relationships with core customers for demand planning and communication.
Generate weekly/monthly reports to correct forecast inaccuracies and manage inventory risk.
