Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Warren, MN seeks a planning professional to develop production plans aligned with demand and inventory targets, working with manufacturing, distribution, and sales to maximize site capacity and service levels.

You will analyze demand trends, coordinate forecasts, and drive improvements in planning processes. A BS in supply chain or related field is preferred; Lean Six Sigma and CPIM are pluses.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning for a large number of SKU's in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to develop production plans and inventory strategies while communicating recommendations to senior management.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP preferred) and strong MS Excel skills.
• Lean Six Sigma and Project Management experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a production plan based on sales demand, forecasts, and inventory requirements to meet customer service goals.
• Develop strategic vision to improve forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
• Connect Sales and Operations to maximize site network capacity and growth opportunities.
• Analyze long-term demand to address capacity surplus or deficits.
• Perform statistical analysis of sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales/Marketing on new product launches, transitions, or discontinuations.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Transportation to improve order fulfillment processes.
• Maintain ERP data fields and KPIs used in planning.
