Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning or operations planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity plans for SIOP across facilities.
• Align demand forecasts with capacity, labor, and inventory strategies.
• Lead capacity reviews monthly and identify risks and opportunities.
• Model demand and production scenarios to evaluate impacts on capacity and costs.
• Coordinate production allocation across plants to maximize utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
