Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a qualified professional to develop and maintain the production capacity plan by analyzing inventory levels, production speed and product demand. You will work with vendors and plants to determine optimal inventory levels and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years in demand planning or production scheduling, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or production scheduling.
• 5–7 years in demand planning or production scheduling desired.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred) and software implementation experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data and pre-plan volume changes.
• Monitor plant schedules to optimize product placement and availability.
• Determine optimal inventory levels to maximize service while minimizing costs.
• Support program management for key customers and/or programs.
• Assist Director, Supply Planning as required.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement per the ORBIS Quality Policy.
• Travel 10–15% to support sites and projects.
