Job summary

Menasha Corporation's ORBIS division seeks a Production Capacity Planner to develop and maintain a plan that aligns inventory, production speed, and demand with supply chain goals. You will work with plants and vendors to optimize inventory and improve operational efficiency, applying strong analytics and problem-solving to avoid customer impact and control costs.

You will analyze forecasts, monitor schedules, and determine optimal inventory levels to maximize service while minimizing costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3–5 years in demand planning or production scheduling; 5–7 years desired.

Responsibilities

• Analyze forecast data and pre-plan changes in volume to support demand.
• Monitor plant schedules to optimize product placement.
• Manage backlog to improve weekly availability and lead times.
• Determine optimal inventory levels to balance service and cost.
• Program management for key customers and programs; maintain market planning files.
• Support Director, Supply Planning as needed.
• Drive continuous process improvement in line with ORBIS Quality Policy.
• Other duties as assigned.
