Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field; Supply Chain management degree strongly preferred.
• 1–2 years related experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with statistical forecasting methods and forecast accuracy improvement.
• Excellent problem solving and data analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas and Macros; solid Access, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of inventory planning, performance metrics, demand planning and product life cycle strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling demand forecast files and update statistical baseline projections.
• Generate and maintain statistical forecast models.
• Analyze historical sales trends, seasonality, and demand variability.
• Collect and reconcile forecast inputs from Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Track and report forecast accuracy metrics (MAPE, bias, variance).
• Identify forecast variances and perform structured root cause analysis.
• Maintain forecast parameters and master data within planning systems.
• Update ABC/XYZ classifications and relevant planning attributes.
• Prepare demand review analytics and materials for monthly SIOP meetings.
• Support development of forecast performance metrics and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and reporting visibility.
