Job summary

Young Living Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to take a strategic role in forecasting and collaboration across markets. You will lead demand monitoring, develop forecasting models, and work with cross-functional teams to align supply with business goals.

The role focuses on reducing excess inventory, improving service levels, and mentoring junior planners. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in demand planning or related fields are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with forecasting ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply and demand monitoring across multiple markets; adjust forecasts and drive decisions.
• Develop statistical forecasting models and evaluate results for improvements.
• Analyze data to identify trends, reduce excess inventory, and improve service levels.
• Lead S&OP planning with assigned markets to align forecasts with business goals.
• Evaluate MRP accuracy to ensure demand signals are captured properly.
• Draft and implement new processes to improve efficiency.
• Address systemic quality, service, and delivery issues and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor Level I Demand Planners.
