Job summary

Food Lion is seeking a business expert to develop, implement, and manage the Demand Management System's forecasting capabilities. You will provide guidance for strategic demand planning, supporting inventory targets and supply chain objectives, and consolidate data to create unified forecasts.

The role requires deep knowledge of forecasting processes, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with category leadership to drive sales growth and process improvements. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in supply chain or forecasting.
• 3–5 years in demand planning or forecasting.
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, SCM or IT.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain forecast accuracy and inventory targets using Demand Management System.
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance in the Demand Management System.
