Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Lake Zurich, Illinois is seeking a Demand Planner to support demand forecasting and planning across assigned products and business areas. You will analyze data, use forecasting tools, and collaborate cross‑functionally to optimize inventory and support production planning.

The role participates in monthly SOP processes, aids new product introductions, monitors forecast accuracy and biases, and helps drive continuous improvement in planning.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis of large data sets.
• Strong written and verbal communication across multicultural partners.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Willingness to learn planning systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned business groups.
• Review demand patterns using ORI, Qlik Sense, and SAC to identify gaps.
• Assist in new product launch forecasting and product phase‑out activities.
• Facilitate demand review meetings with Marketing and cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain meeting notes related to market intelligence and assumptions.
• Share insights with SOP stakeholders.
• Assist with review and coordination of Supply Chain Agreements for new launches.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias to improve processes.
• Analyze forecast variances to enhance planning tools.
