Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking an Inventory Planner to support pharmaceutical finished goods inventory management and optimize stock levels in Lake Zurich, IL. You will partner with Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Distribution Centers and Customer Service to ensure product availability while minimizing backorders and obsolescence.

The role involves participating in the monthly SOP process, preparing inventory analyses, and developing KPI dashboards to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to monitor inventory and identify trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis to support SOP and inventory decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor finished goods inventory to maintain optimal levels and support customer service objectives.
• Analyze inventory positions across distribution network to maximize turns and minimize excess/obsolescence.
• Coordinate transfers between distribution centers to optimize network inventory levels.
