Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, Inc. in Warren, MN is seeking a skilled planner to align demand with production capacity across high-volume SKUs. You will work with manufacturing, distribution and sales to create efficient production schedules and optimize inventories.

The role emphasizes forecasting accuracy, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decisions. ERP experience with NetSuite or SAP, strong Excel skills, and a BS in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of planning or similar experience.
• BS in supply chain, operations management or related field preferred.
• Experience managing a large number of SKUs in manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
• ERP experience with NetSuite or SAP preferred.
• Data mining and strong MS Excel skills.
• Lean Six Sigma and Project Management are a plus.
• CPIM certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop a production plan based on sales demand, forecasts and inventory requirements.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and demand planning effectiveness.
• Connect Sales and Operations to maximize site capacity.
• Analyze long-term demand to address capacity and constraints.
• Perform statistical analysis of sales data to identify trends.
• Coordinate new product launches and transitions with Sales/Marketing.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Transportation to improve fulfillment.
• Maintain KPI data and ERP master data for planning.
