Job summary

Kontoor Brands in Greensboro, NC seeks a Business Planner - Demand to develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts at the Style-Color-SKU level, using Logility DP and cross-functional input to refine the plan.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment, and Supply Planning to ensure consensus on forecasts, present scenarios up to 36 months, and continuously improve forecast accuracy through analytic methods and structured problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 4+ years of related work experience in a business context with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate demand forecasts for assigned categories with cross-functional input.
• Present 18- to 36-month demand scenarios to leadership.
• Adjust statistical forecast parameters and align with strategies.
• Analyze market and operational factors to optimize inventory.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, Replenishment, and Supply Planning.
• Lead SIOP-related processes and contribute to constrained demand plans.
