Job summary

Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Demand Planner in Turlock, CA to develop, maintain, and improve forecasts for finished goods. You will combine data analytics with cross-functional collaboration to drive production planning, inventory optimization, and service levels.

You’ll lead demand and sales planning, analyze historical trends, and partner with sales, product, operations, finance, and procurement to align demand with supply and ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced food

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years in demand planning or supply chain
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred
• Strong forecasting and data interpretation skills

Responsibilities

• Lead demand and sales planning across customers, products, and sales channels
• Analyze sales history, seasonal trends, and business insights to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance
• Partner with sales, product management, operations, finance, and procurement teams to align demand with supply capabilities
• Facilitate monthly planning and demand review meetings to support business goals and operational readiness
• Maintain accurate planning and customer information within enterprise resource planning systems
• Monitor customer orders, shipment schedules, and material availability to help ensure timely delivery
• Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance measures to support continuous improvement efforts
