The role emphasizes data-driven forecasting, collaboration with internal and external partners, and ongoing improvement of KPI performance like forecast accuracy and inventory turnover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 1–3 years forecast/planning experience in high-SKU environment.
• Experience with planning systems such as BlueYonder, SAP/APO, Logility, Oracle Demantra.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecast accuracy and KPI performance (accuracy, bias, fill rate).
• Seasonal planning for holidays and events; maintain base/total forecasts.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Solutions Lead and account teams to align demand.
• Work with internal/external partners to ensure forecast/execution alignment.
• Use data to identify sales trends and drive proactive supply chain actions.
• Provide data-driven insights on event-based projections; support projects.
