Job summary

KeHE Distributors, an employee-owned distributor of natural and organic products, is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and decision support across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills and business acumen in a fast‑paced, distribution environment.

You’ll partner with leaders, prepare monthly reports and dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, financial planning, or related field.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI recommended.

Responsibilities

• Supports monthly forecast, annual plan, and 3-year strategic financial plan.
• Prepares monthly financial reports comparing actual results with plan and forecast.
• Analyzes results and provides data-driven insights to leadership.
• Prepares monthly presentations for business leaders and attends monthly business review meetings.
• Provides financial reporting support and develops dashboards/score cards for monitoring performance.
• Handles ad hoc requests and cross-trains as back-up for others.
