Job summary

Bosch USA seeks a Demand Planner to be the analytical engine of our supply chain, owning a 12–18 month forecast and ensuring the right product at the right place and time. You will lead the monthly Demand Review with Sales and Marketing, challenge assumptions, track forecast accuracy, and drive improvements while communicating supply risks to commercial teams.

To succeed, 5–7+ years in Demand Planning and skills with SAP APO/IBP and BI tools are preferred, along with collaboration and strong

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in Demand Planning with forecasting experience
• Mastery of SAP APO/IBP and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) for planning and analysis
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional partners in S&OP/IBP
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Post-Graduate Degree (Master's, MBA) and certifications (APICS, IBF)

Responsibilities

• Forecast generation and 12-18 month operational forecast maintenance.
• Lead monthly Demand Review meetings with Sales and Marketing; drive consensus.
• Own forecast accuracy metrics; identify drivers and lead improvements.
• Communicate supply risks and recovery dates; advise on product allocation.
