Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planning professional to support the Manager of Demand Planning for MATI and MIND Divisions.

The role focuses on delivering accurate monthly forecasts, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Sourcing, and driving KPI improvements across the S&OP process. The candidate will work with divisions serving Home Improvement, fencing, lawn & garden, and air compressor products, with a strong emphasis on data-driven forecasting and

Qualifications

• Must be able to process large data sets and influence cross-functional teams.
• Experience with forecasting methodologies and ML approaches is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven mindset.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and ERP experience.
