Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist in Cranberry Township, PA to develop and manage demand forecasts that support inventory, supply chain, production, and financial planning. You will work with cross-functional teams to create accurate demand plans and drive alignment through S&OP processes, delivering data-driven insights and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain planning.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large data sets.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage demand forecasts to support inventory, supply chain, production, and financial planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate demand plans.
Identify risks and opportunities and drive alignment through S&OP processes.
Create forecasting reports, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
Monitor forecast performance and recommend corrective actions.
Partner with Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, Sales, and Finance to balance inventory and service objectives.
Support planning system enhancements and adoption of best practices.
