Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum is seeking a Demand & Inventory Planner in Nashua, NH, to support strategic analysis and execution of fulfillment plans through SIOP. You will determine optimized inventory levels across the company to meet delivery targets and customer requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in forecasting and inventory planning, and proficiency with SAP and Power BI. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, product management, demand planning, inventory planning or related fields.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify variances for current and future demands through SIOP.
• Communicate demand gaps to minimize inventory impact.
• Lead demand reviews with key stakeholders.
• Maintain monthly SIOP calendar and schedule.
• Support forecast loading into SAP and BOM-level forecasting.
• Perform monthly inventory reporting for all sites.
• Train cross-functional departments on SIOP.
