Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, inventory planning or related fields.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• APICS certification preferred (CPIM/CSCP).

Responsibilities

• Identify variances for current and future demands through SIOP.
• Communicate demand gaps to minimize inventory impact.
• Generate reports and load forecasts into SAP and monitor settings.
• Maintain monthly SIOP calendar and lead reviews with stakeholders.
• Lead process improvements such as forecasting tool implementation.
• Review monthly inventory safety stock and reorder points.
• Identify opportunities for inventory rebalancing between sites.
• Train cross‑functional teams on SIOP.
• Analyze data with Excel macros or Power BI.
