Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory planning, or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning principles; includes root cause analysis.
• Experience with MRP/ERP planning systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with strong data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop demand forecasts and translate them into inventory plans to support production, customer service, and working capital objectives.
• Establish and maintain safety stock levels, reorder points, and order quantities across materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Analyze inventory, demand, and service-level metrics to identify improvement opportunities; support S&OP processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain planning master data in ERP and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Purchasing).
