Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum is seeking a Demand & Inventory Planner to coordinate material planning and inventory management via the SIOP process. This role drives optimized inventory levels and supports on-time delivery for multiple sites, partnering with sales, purchasing, and manufacturing.

Strong analytical skills, SAP experience, and proficiency in Power BI are required. Responsibilities include maintaining the SIOP calendar, leading demand reviews, and producing regular inventory reports to identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering or related fields.
• 5 or more years of experience in supply chain, planning, demand planning or related fields.
• SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify variances for current and future demands through the SIOP process.
• Communicate demand gaps to minimize inventory impact.
• Understand SAP settings and generate reports for forecast loading.
• Maintain monthly SIOP calendar and lead demand reviews.
• Lead forecasting tool improvement and forecast accuracy initiatives.
• Produce monthly inventory reports to identify opportunities for optimization.
