Job summary

Paycom in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Demand Planner to develop SKU-level forecasts and optimize inventory. You will lead cross-functional reviews with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, and Distribution to align demand with supply.

You will manage Netstock forecasting, monitor forecast accuracy, seasonality, promotions, and new product activity, and support SIOP processes. Strong Excel and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years in demand planning or forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional reviews and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Demand forecasting and SKU-level forecasting using Netstock.
• Review historical sales, seasonality, promotions, and market trends to improve accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional demand reviews with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations and Distribution.
