Job summary

Fortified Brands in Garland, TX is seeking a Demand Planning Specialist to support demand forecasting and SIOP processes. The role emphasizes forecast maintenance, analytical reporting, and cross-functional coordination to drive planning decisions.

You will work with cross-functional teams to update forecasts, monitor accuracy, and develop analytics that improve forecast quality and planning visibility within Supply Chain Planning. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or analytics.
Strong Excel skills with Power Query and data modeling.
Experience with statistical forecasting methods and SIOP exposure.

Responsibilities

Maintain rolling demand forecast files and update baseline projections.
Generate and maintain statistical forecast models.
Analyze historical sales data to identify drivers of demand.
Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product Management, and stakeholders for monthly planning.
Support the monthly demand planning and SIOP reviews.
Develop dashboards and analytics for forecast performance.
Assist inventory and supply planning decisions.
