Job summary

Ghirardelli in San Leandro, CA is seeking a Demand and Intercompany Planning Analyst to support both demand forecasting and intercompany supply planning. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to drive accurate forecasts and efficient intercompany movements.

The role requires 2–5 years in planning analytics, strong Excel and SAP/IBP skills, and the ability to work with international teams. This is a full-time, on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Forecasting, or analytics.
• Experience with SAP, SAP APO/IBP, or related planning systems preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivots, lookups, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for assigned seasonal and everyday gift categories.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Planning to identify risks and opportunities.
• Plan intercompany supply for seasonal SKUs and Everyday Gift products.
• Update SAP planning data and communicate changes to suppliers.
• Prepare reports and presentations for weekly business reviews.
