Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Principal Demand Planner in Santa Clara, CA, to lead forecasting and decision-making through rigorous modeling, BI, and market analysis. The role requires turning large data sets into actionable recommendations and coordinating across product, engineering, finance, and supply chain teams.

You will refine inputs, assumptions, and methods for strategic demand forecasting and partner with senior leaders to drive alignment.

Qualifications

• Strong demand planning and forecasting experience.
• Ability to consolidate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Detail-oriented with a track record of high-quality output under deadlines.
• Experience working with executives and senior leaders.
• Knowledge of infrastructure hardware and BOMs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve end-to-end long-range demand models by level.
• Consolidate data from multiple systems and validate quality.
• Build demand plans based on trends and inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with partners to obtain timely inputs for planning.
• Analyze forecast performance and identify risks and anomalies.
• Present plans and recommendations to senior leaders to drive alignment.
• Translate strategy into measurable forecasting assumptions and models.
