Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management, PMO, or strategic delivery experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, application and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience leading complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with business transformation and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation using structured project management practices.
• Translate ambiguous business ideas into clear project plans, milestones and ownership models.
• Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, developers, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Apply strong SDLC understanding across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Drive project execution with timelines, budgets, scope control and outcomes.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and executive updates.
• Hold teams accountable while maintaining relationships across levels of the organization.
• Coordinate workshops, requirements sessions, and governance meetings.
• Ensure documentation, testing, change management, and operational readiness activities.
