Job summary

Versant Media, LLC, through its Strategic Technology Delivery team, seeks a Program Manager to run large initiatives across Operations & Technology. You will own charters, schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely delivery and value realization.

The role requires translating business needs into actionable plans, leading executive meetings, and building strong cross-functional partnerships in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience in Project/Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of technology end-to-end Program / Project Management experience through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into project deliverables and outcomes.
• Experience leading executive level meetings and providing executive reporting.
• Experience building complex program plans and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to peers and executives.
• Proactive, ownership mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder partnering.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools and Program Management software (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Participate in program intake, prioritize discussions, and collect high-level requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements and dependencies, kick-off projects.
• Execute multiple programs and ensure objectives are met according to plan.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope and resources.
• Provide program-level status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Build partnerships to mobilize teams and influence across leaders and suppliers.
• Follow standards, best practices, processes, and documentation for the PM team.
