Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, project management, delivery management, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating multi-team infrastructure projects across infrastructure, engineering, security, operations, and applications.
• Strong experience building and maintaining project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
• Experience coordinating cloud infrastructure, network, data center, workplace technology, or enterprise platform delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of platform infrastructure projects from planning through implementation and launch.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate work across Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud, Network, Security, Operations, Application, Corporate Technology, and external partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, readiness reviews, and status checkpoints.
• Track progress against timelines and ensure alignment on deliverables and next steps.
• Escalate risks when appropriate and document decisions and delivery commitments.
• Support readiness planning for launches, migrations, and major releases.
• Maintain documentation and provide status reports for leadership reviews.
