VERSANT Media is seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Delivery to oversee large initiatives within Operations & Technology. You will create charters, schedules, budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams across branding, media, and tech.

The role requires 2+ years of end-to-end program management, executive communication, and strong ownership. You will partner with sponsors and stakeholders to deliver on time within scope, while maintaining standards and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years related PM/PMO experience.
• 2+ years of technology end-to-end Program/Project Management.
• Experience leading executive meetings and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Participate in program intake, prioritization, and collect requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document scope and dependencies, and host kick-offs.
• Execute multiple programs across teams and ensure objectives are met.
• Provide status updates and reporting to sponsors and stakeholders.
