Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Program Manager, Strategic Delivery (PEP) in the US to lead end-to-end technology programs within Operations & Technology. You will create charters, schedules, and budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive multiple initiatives to successful delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in managing complex programs with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent experience in Project/Program Management, Product Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of technology end-to-end Program / Project Management experience through design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
• Experience leading executive level meetings and providing executive reporting.
• Experience building complex program plans.
• Excellent interpersonal demeanor and executive presence.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage individual project charters, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.
• Participate in program intake, prioritize discussions, and collect high-level requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, document requirements/scope, and host project kick-offs.
• Execute multiple simultaneous programs across the team and meet objectives according to plan.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.
• Provide program-level status updates and reporting to sponsor and stakeholders; run status meetings.
