Qualifications

• 15+ years of technology leadership experience in software/enterprise environments.
• 6-8+ years in project management, stakeholder management, and customer-facing leadership.
• Hands-on background in cloud platforms and modern software architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and customer engagements, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as strategic advisor and ensuring delivery excellence.
• Manage project financials including revenue forecasting, margins, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technical consultants, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Facilitate governance meetings, QBRs, and executive reviews with clear communication of progress and risks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address architectural concerns and implementation risks.
• Support pre-sales, effort estimation, and RFP responses.
• Drive continuous improvement via process optimization, automation, and best practices.
