Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and customer engagements, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.

• Manage project financials including revenue forecasting, margins, budget tracking, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technical consultants, fostering accountability and collaboration.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to address architectural concerns and implementation risks.
• Support pre-sales, effort estimation, and RFP responses.
• Drive continuous improvement via process optimization, automation, and best practices.

Delivery Leader | About You

As a Delivery Leader, you will serve as a strategic technology and customer-facing leader responsible for driving successful solution delivery, operational excellence, and business growth. You will combine deep technical expertise with strong project, stakeholder, and financial management capabilities to lead engineering teams, manage customer relationships, and ensure delivery excellence across complex technology initiatives. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can engage with executive stakeholders, guide technical teams, contribute to pre-sales activities, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong focus on customer success and business outcomes.

Delivery Leader | Day-to-Day

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology programs and customer engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor while ensuring predictable delivery, technical excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project financials, including revenue forecasting, margin management, budget tracking, resource planning, contract oversight, and operational reporting.
• Lead and mentor teams of Engineers and Technical Consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer-focused delivery.
• Facilitate governance meetings, roadmap discussions, executive reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs), providing clear communication of delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues, performance challenges, architecture concerns, and implementation risks while ensuring successful resolution.
• Support pre-sales and business development activities, including solution discussions, technical presentations, effort estimation, proposal development, SOW validation, and RFP responses.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, engineering best practices, operational excellence frameworks, and technology adoption initiatives.

Delivery Leader | Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, software engineering, solution delivery, or enterprise technology environments, with 6-8+ years of project management, stakeholder management, and customer-facing leadership experience.
• Strong technical background in software engineering, enterprise applications, integrations, cloud platforms, or digital transformation initiatives, with the ability to engage in technical discussions and guide engineering teams effectively.
• Hands-on expertise in two or more technical domains, including Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Java APIs and Microservices, Data Engineering & Analytics, DevOps/SRE, or Enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proven experience managing customer relationships, delivery governance, project financials, forecasting, contracts, resource planning, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional engineering teams, including performance management, technical leadership, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong business acumen, including revenue management, margin optimization, budgeting, contract management, business growth, and customer success strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• Telecommunications industry experience is highly preferred, with demonstrated experience managing large-scale technology programs and customer engagements.
