• Proven expertise in project management within advertising or integrated marketing environments.
• Deep knowledge of campaign delivery across digital, social, and emerging tech including AI.
• Advanced experience in scope management, staffing, and senior-leadership resourcing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of Project Management at McCann New York to scale PMO excellence.
• Act as a client-facing partner, managing scope, schedules, and budgets with internal alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers across levels.
• Collaborate with Resource Management to define staffing and optimize utilization across clients.
• Draft and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and change orders with business and finance leads.
• Monitor burn rates and budget dashboards to mitigate overburn risk.
