Senior Manager, Delivery - Adobe
This role is for TELUS Digital, an award‑winning digital product consultancy and the digital division of TELUS, Canada’s largest telecommunications provider.
Location & Flexibility
Senior Managers, Delivery - Adobe are an integral part of our Digital Agency team. In‑office presence is required 2–3 days weekly in a hybrid capacity. The role can be located in Boston, MA; Charlottesville, VA; Columbus, OH; or Durham, NC.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Manager, Delivery, you'll partner with Fortune 500 clients to set product vision while advising and managing scope, risk, and new opportunities. You_click will serve as the lead authority for complex digital transformation programs centered on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), managing integrated workstreams that may include mobile applications, custom web platforms, and third‑party integrations to ensure seamless omnichannel digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive product and program development by leading the creation of enterprise‑level digital experiences, including responsive web solutions, mobile applications, and marketing automation systems, with a primary focus on global, multi‑site AEM implementations.
- Serve as the lead authority for programs centered on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring implementations are architected to leverage the full power of the platform following Adobe best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Deliver timely, tailored communication for engineering teams, product managers, marketing partners, and C‑level executives.
- Create, guide, and communicate the holistic project plan and goals for cross‑functional alignment and convergent implementation across all teams, managing interdependencies of global rollouts, platform migrations, and third‑party integrations.
- Drive account growth through strategic stakeholder management and partner relationship development, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to quarterly strategic account planning.
- Apply appropriate project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.) flexibly to suit the customer and product in changing environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of software industry experience in a client‑services or consulting environment, serving as a Project Manager, Product Manager, Product Owner, Team Lead, or Scrum Master.
- Proven experience Tunes leading Fortune 500‑level digital programs from discovery and strategy through UX/UI design, implementation, and deployment, with a specific focus on large‑scale, enterprise AEM implementation projects (multi‑site, multi‑language, and high‑integration environments).
- Foundational understanding of the entire Adobe technology stack, with the ability to speak to how AEM刺 interacts with data, personalization, and work management tools such as AEP, Target, and Workfront.
- Experience with content management, digital asset management (DAM), and customer journey optimization within enterprise environments, combined with software project management acumen and a mindset of motivating clients and third‑party counterparts to be collaborative partners.
- Demonstrated empathy and confidence in managing software projects with complex scope and multiple external/client executive stakeholders, including change management for enterprise implementations.
- Expert communication and facilitation skills used to run workshops and structured meetings that align client stakeholder groups on enterprise business goals and digital strategy.
- Proven track record of building effective relationships and influencing client stakeholders through subject‑matter expertise, industry insights, questão emerging trends.

- Previous experience as a Delivery leader within a major global technology consultancy or a specialized Adobe Partner agency.
- In‑depth knowledge or implementation experience with the broader Adobe stack, specifically Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics/CJA, or Adobe Workfront.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and customer engagement platforms outside of the Adobe ecosystem, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze.
- Experience with other enterprise content management systems (CMS), such as Sitecore or Drupal.
- Active Adobe Certified Expert (නය) designations, such asObjs; Adobe Experience Manager Business Practitioner.
- Industry‑standard delivery certifications such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, or SAFe Agilist (SA).
- Familiarity with modern front‑end architectures that often interface with AEM, such as Single Page Applications (SPA), Headless/Decoupled CMS setups, or Server‑Side Rendering (SSR).
