We seek a Delivery Manager in the Financial Operations practice to drive growth by delivering successful client engagements, mentoring consultants, and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive accounting and finance experience.
• CPA or other certification desired.
• Excellent communication skills to present to executive level clients, internal management and candidates.
• Self-starter with integrity and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client engagements as engagement lead to ensure client and consultant success; revenue targets of $2M-$3M annually.
• Be a billable resource on projects as required.
• Coordinate with PMO to ensure engagement processes and standards.
• Serve as first escalation point on all projects & consultants.
• Lead at least one strategic initiative each year for the local practice.
