Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, is seeking a CFO Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice. You will lead a team delivering interim and project-based finance, accounting, and technology engagements for growth-stage companies, partnering with executive teams to professionalize Finance & Accounting functions.

You will work across domestic and international teams, define strategic initiatives with client executives, and build scalable financial models and investor

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience with emerging and growth-stage middle market companies delivering transformational change.
• 5+ years of CFO experience with emerging and growth-stage middle market companies delivering transformational change.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness to travel throughout your local market, while occasionally supporting national markets.
• Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Solid track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions to support growth and scalability.
• Interpersonal skills to develop interdepartmental relationships; IT, HR, Operations oversight is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of budgeting and forecasting with complex, dynamic financial models.
• Experience maintaining and implementing effective internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on strategic initiatives with company executives.
• Lead transformative projects within finance organizations and implement improved financial reporting, forecasting and controls for both domestic and global organizations.
• Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure.
• Manage the accounting team with a hands-on approach, including domestic and international teams.
• Create and present budgeting/forecasting with complex/dynamic financial models.
• Produce financial models, develop business plans, and prepare investor decks.
• Provide senior financial management services with hands-on delivery.
• Adapt to various client environments and communicate with all levels.
