Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking a Delivered-In and Wholesale Marketer to sell renewable diesel and gasoline directly to end-user customers at Love's sites. You will drive sales growth, develop strategies, and manage key accounts while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in petroleum, refining, wholesale, or trading.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base for delivered-in fuel.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities relevant to the fuel market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored product recommendations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to assess their needs and introduce new products and promotions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s fuel offerings, including diesel and gasoline.
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications, assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and new fuel products.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory plans to management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
