Qualifications

• Active security clearance required or ability to maintain one.
• BS in aerospace, mechanical, applied physics, CS or related field, or 10+ years defense experience.
• 12+ years systems engineering across the life cycle.
• Experience with DoD weapon/space systems and SysML/DoDAF.
• Experience with model-based artifacts and MBSE tools.
• Strong communication and metrics-tracking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders and develop requirements/architecture plans.
• Lead traceability across fire-control programs and system definitions.
• Develop MBSE artifacts and demonstrate at stakeholder meetings.
• Contribute to Digital Engineering strategy and implementation.
