Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to manage architecture and requirements for next‑gen air and missile defense systems. You will ensure traceability through tests and evaluations critical to fire‑control certification, collaborating with internal programs and external customers.

You will lead development of requirements, architecture artifacts, and MBSE models, ensuring complete, accurate deliverables while maintaining rigorous safety and reliability

Qualifications

Active U.S. Secret clearance.
10+ years of Systems Engineering experience.
Experience with SysML/DoDAF/UAFP or similar.
Strong communication and artifact presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Interface with stakeholders including programs and customers.
Develop requirements and architecture management plan.
Create artifacts with traceability across fire-control programs.
Demonstrate artifacts at stakeholder meetings and events.
Lead modeling artifacts such as OV/SV, activity diagrams, and use cases.
Ensure safety, hazard mitigation, and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
