Absolute Business Solutions Corp. is actively seeking a Program Manager to support the U.S. Army Intelligence Data Capabilities Division at Fort Belvoir, VA.

You will lead a cross-functional PMO, engaging government and corporate stakeholders to ensure delivery, compliance, and financial performance. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain additional access and a strong track record in IT contracts, staffing, and program governance.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to attain required SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret accesses.
• Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12+ years of direct industry experience.
• At least 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration.
• Demonstrated ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report on tasks with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to drive tasks to completion and deliver results on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate program estimates with the finance team to align funding, staffing, goals, and timelines.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality reports, CDRLs, plans, dashboards, and other customer deliverables to meet requirements.
• Oversee and manage invoicing processes with timely submissions in compliance with contracts and policies.
• Lead and manage program team members, fostering collaboration and mission alignment.
• Monitor staffing, onboarding, retention, training, and timekeeping to maintain workforce stability.
