Job summary

Spectrum Comm Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-project efforts supporting SAF/AQ. The role acts as the primary liaison between the contractor and the CO/COR and is designated as Key Personnel under the contract.

The position requires a Master's degree in Business or Engineering, 5+ years of program management experience, PMP and DAWIA Advanced certifications, and a Secret security clearance. Employment is contingent upon contract award and facility proximity to the Pentagon.

• Master's degree in Business or Engineering; PMP and DAWIA Advanced certifications; Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing across contract work areas.
• Enforce quality standards and monitor progress on all tasks.
• Ensure compliance with administrative and contractual requirements.
• Serve as single point of contact to CO/COR and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Oversee staffing stability, vacancies, replacements, and surge requirements.
• Present PMR materials quarterly, including burn rate and vacancy status.
