Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide onsite DNFSB program management, overseeing the full lifecycle for technology, automation, communications and information systems under this contract.

The role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, management of a $9M+ annual budget, and collaboration with clients to drive growth and optimal contract performance. This position is based onsite in the Virginia area and offers a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar field.
• 10+ years of program management experience with an annual budget exceeding $9M.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management credential.
• Knowledge of AI solutions and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated experience supporting business development activities, including capturing opportunities and writing proposal sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite program management for the DNFSB contract and oversee all contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Oversee integration of key enterprise platforms and data services for seamless data exchange.
• Attend meetings and provide briefing information to IT PgM or designees as directed.
• Develop and maintain a Program Management Plan (PgMP) for technical direction and resource planning.
• Mentor team leads and set quantifiable goals for staff; prepare and present regular program reviews.
