Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or related STEM field with 3–5 years in missile defense analysis or related defense operations.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the Weapons System, its requirements and operations.
• Define metrics and analyze data to assess system performance.
• Provide direct support to Warfighter by responding to RFIs and recommending improvements.
• Support test events (Live Firings, Ground Tests, Simulations) with requirements and test reports.
• Prepare and present briefings to USG, Warfighters, and leadership.
• Review and track software changes and system requirements.
• May participate in developing technical proposals for new opportunities.
