Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Specialist, Procurement to procure materials and services for government and commercial programs. You will lead RFQ/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery, and value.

Responsibilities include bid evaluation, PO tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with program teams. Strong knowledge of procurement, negotiation, and compliance with FAR/DFAR/ITAR is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years without a degree.
• Proficient knowledge of procurement/sourcing; project management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR/ITAR and government property purchasing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage RFQ/RFP processes and negotiate contracts.
• Evaluate bids and select suppliers for best total cost of ownership.
• Maintain relationships with critical suppliers and manage awards.
• Track purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and support program teams.
