Tangram Flex seeks a Portfolio Manager in Dayton, Ohio, to lead a portfolio of defense programs supporting mission systems development and integration for Air Force and DoW customers. Requires 8+ years in program leadership and a U.S. government security clearance, with hybrid work options.

The PfM will bridge customer needs with technical delivery, shape solutions, and drive growth while ensuring performance, risk management, and ROI across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Operations Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience managing, supporting, or leading technical programs in a Federal Government (DoW) environment.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. government security clearance is required.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing strategic and technical relationship for the portfolio.
• Lead execution and growth of a portfolio of programs integrating new mission systems onto airborne platforms.
• Translate high-level needs into clear requirements and architectures aligned with budgets, schedules, and constraints.
• Ensure portfolio-wide coordination among Program Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
