Job summary

Tangram Flex is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a key portfolio of defense programs focused on Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), software verification, and platform interoperability for DoW customers. The role requires a strong background in systems integration, government contracting, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 8 years of program leadership experience, U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Government security clearance and citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 8 years in technical program leadership in a Federal Government environment.
• Strong software engineering and DoW software/systems engineering knowledge.
• Proven ability to grow program scope and value within the DoW market.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and written/oral communication.
• Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of programs focused on MOSA adoption and software verification.
• Translate customer requirements into executable deliverables across multiple programs.
• Collaborate with customers, growth team, and engineering to identify opportunities and mature value propositions.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and portfolio health; communicate performance to leadership.
