Job summary

Tangram Flex is seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead a key portfolio of defense programs focused on Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA), software verification, and platform interoperability for DoW customers. The role requires a strong background in systems integration, government contracting, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex solutions.

Ideal candidates have at least 8 years of program leadership experience, U.S.

Qualifications

U.S. Government security clearance and citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years in technical program leadership in a Federal Government environment.
Strong software engineering and DoW software/systems engineering knowledge.
Proven ability to grow program scope and value within the DoW market.
Excellent cross-team collaboration and written/oral communication.
Willingness to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of programs focused on MOSA adoption and software verification.
Translate customer requirements into executable deliverables across multiple programs.
Collaborate with customers, growth team, and engineering to identify opportunities and mature value propositions.
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and portfolio health; communicate performance to leadership.
